Terms of Use

Last updated September 13, 2026

1. Agreement

OnePlayce (the “Service”) is operated by CreatiVenue, LLC, doing business as OnePlayce (“OnePlayce”, “we”, “us”). These Terms of Use govern your use of the website at oneplayce.co and everything on it. By using the Service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Who can use OnePlayce

The Service is intended for adults. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, save a party plan, claim a listing or submit a form. The Service is not directed at children.

3. What OnePlayce is, and is not

OnePlayce is a directory that helps you find and compare places and businesses for children’s parties, and organise your own party. We do not currently take bookings or payments. Every booking, payment, deposit, cancellation and dispute is between you and the business, under that business’s own terms.

We are not a party to any agreement between you and a business, we are not an agent for either of you, and we are not responsible for a business’s services, premises, safety, conduct, prices or availability. A listing on OnePlayce is not an endorsement or recommendation, and we do not inspect, license, vet or insure the businesses listed.

4. Listing information may be inaccurate

Listings are compiled from publicly available sources or provided by the businesses themselves. Details such as prices, packages, ages, capacity, opening hours and policies change without notice and may be incomplete, out of date or wrong. Estimated totals, fit scores and budget calculations are estimates based on published information, not quotes.

Always confirm the details that matter to you directly with the business before you book. If something is wrong, please use the “Report incorrect information” link on the listing.

5. Promoted listings

Some businesses pay for promoted placement. Promoted listings appear in a labelled slot, such as at the top of results or in the featured section of the homepage. Payment does not change the information shown about a business or how it is scored against what you ask for.

6. Accounts

You can sign in with an emailed link or with Google. You are responsible for keeping access to your email account secure and for activity under your account. Tell us through our contact page if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

7. Your party plans

Information you add to a party plan is yours. You are responsible for what you enter, including any information about other people. If you create a share link, anyone who has that link can view the shared plan until the link expires or you turn sharing off.

8. Businesses and listing owners

If you claim a listing, you confirm that you are authorised to act for that business and that the information you give us is accurate. We may ask for evidence, and we may decline, suspend or reverse a claim at our discretion.

When you add photos, descriptions, prices or other content to a listing, you confirm that you own it or have permission to use it, and that it is accurate and lawful. You grant OnePlayce a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, display, resize and format that content in order to operate, improve and promote the Service. The licence ends when the content is removed from the Service, except for copies kept in routine backups for a limited time.

We may edit or remove content that is inaccurate, misleading, infringing or otherwise breaches these Terms. A business that does not wish to be listed may ask us to remove its listing through the contact page.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • submit false claims, reports or information, or impersonate anyone;
  • copy, scrape or harvest the Service or its listings by automated means, except as permitted by our robots.txt;
  • post content that is unlawful, infringing, harassing, defamatory or harmful;
  • interfere with, overload or try to gain unauthorised access to the Service or its systems;
  • use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

10. Our content

The Service, including its design, text, graphics, software and the way listings are compiled and presented, belongs to OnePlayce or its licensors and is protected by law. Apart from ordinary personal use of the Service, you may not copy, modify or distribute it without our written permission. “OnePlayce” and our logo are our trademarks.

11. Feedback

If you send us ideas or suggestions, we may use them without any obligation to you.

12. Third-party sites and services

The Service links to businesses’ own websites and uses third-party services such as maps and Google sign-in. We are not responsible for third-party sites or services, and your use of them is governed by their own terms.

13. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or that listing information is complete, current or correct.

14. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OnePlayce and its members, managers, employees and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your dealings with any business found through the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to one hundred US dollars (US$100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

15. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless OnePlayce from claims, losses and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your content, your breach of these Terms, or your misuse of the Service.

16. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end your access to the Service, or remove content, if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

17. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will change the “last updated” date above and, for significant changes, give notice on the Service. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

18. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to these Terms or the Service will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida, and you and we consent to their jurisdiction.

19. General

These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us about the Service. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms; we may transfer ours, for example as part of a sale or reorganisation of our business.

20. Contact

Questions about these Terms can be sent through our contact page.
