The short version
- We collect only what the site needs to work.
- No third-party ads, no analytics, no tracking pixels and no cross-site tracking. Promoted listings are labelled, and are never targeted using your personal information.
- We do not sell your personal information.
- Your party plan is never shared with the businesses listed.
- You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
1. Who we are
OnePlayce is operated by CreatiVenue, LLC, doing business as OnePlayce (“we”, “us”). This policy explains how we handle personal information when you use oneplayce.co. It should be read with our Terms of Use.
2. Information you give us
- Account. Your email address. If you sign in with Google, Google also shares your name and profile picture with us.
- Party plans. Whatever you choose to add, which can include your child’s first name and age, the party date, guest numbers, the venues and other arrangements you are considering, costs and deposits, booking references and notes.
- Claims. When a business claims its listing: a contact name, email address, optional phone number and message.
- Reports. When you report incorrect information: what is wrong, your message, and your email address if you choose to give it.
- Business content. Photos, descriptions, prices and other details a business owner adds to their listing.
- Places you add. When a business adds a venue we do not list yet: its name, address and other details, the links, screenshots and text it sends us, and the contact name and phone number given with it.
- Where you’d like us next. When you search for a place we do not cover yet and tell us you would like us there: the place, and your email address if you choose to give it. We use the email only to tell you when OnePlayce opens there.
3. Information collected automatically
- Cookies. We use only cookies the site needs: one that keeps you signed in, one that remembers your party plan on this device (it lasts up to a year), and, while the site is in preview, one that remembers you have been let in. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies.
- Browser storage. Your browser remembers small preferences, such as whether the party panel was open. This stays on your device.
- IP address. To stop spam and abuse of our forms we record a one-way, salted hash of your IP address, not the address itself, and discard it after a short period. Our hosting provider also keeps standard server logs for security and reliability.
4. How we use it
- to run the site, sign you in and save your party plan;
- to work out estimates and show venues that suit what you asked for;
- to review claims and reports and to reply to you;
- to send emails you have asked for, such as sign-in links;
- to keep the site secure and prevent abuse;
- to meet legal obligations.
Some businesses pay for promoted placement, which is labelled on the site. Promoted listings are shown the same way to everyone: we do not use your information to target them, show you ads from other companies, or build a profile of you.
5. Who we share it with
We share personal information only as follows:
- Service providers who run parts of the site for us, under their own confidentiality and security obligations: Google Cloud (hosting, database and photo storage), Google (if you choose to sign in with Google), Resend (sending email) and OpenFreeMap (map images, which receives your IP address when a map loads).
- People you share with. If you create a share link for a party plan, anyone with the link can see what you chose to share.
- Legal reasons. Where required by law, or to protect the rights, safety or property of our users, the public or us.
- Business transfer. If our business is sold or reorganised, information may pass to the new owner under this policy.
We do not give your party plan or contact details to the businesses listed. If you contact a business, you do so directly.
6. Children
OnePlayce is for adults planning parties. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. A parent may choose to add their child’s first name and age to a party plan; this is used only to organise that plan. If you believe a child has given us personal information, tell us through our contact page and we will delete it.
7. How long we keep it
We keep account and party-plan information until you ask us to delete it. Claims and reports are kept as long as needed to handle them and keep a record of changes to listings. Abuse-prevention records are deleted after a short period. Deleted information may remain in backups for a limited time.
8. Your choices and rights
- Access, correct or delete. Ask us through our contact page and we will respond within 30 days. We may need to confirm the request comes from you.
- Cookies. You can clear or block cookies in your browser; the site may not remember your plan or keep you signed in if you do.
- Emails. We send only emails connected to something you did, such as a sign-in link or a reply to your claim or report.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law. We will honour requests as those laws require.
9. Security
We use reasonable safeguards, including encrypted connections, access controls and limited staff access. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Where information is processed
OnePlayce is based in the United States, and information is stored and processed in the United States.
11. Changes to this policy
We will update this page when our practices change and change the “last updated” date above. For significant changes we will give notice on the site.
12. Contact
Questions or requests about your privacy can be sent through our contact page.
